Workplace Violence & Harassment Training Employee (Canada)

This course provides guidance and strategies to recognize, address, and minimize the risk of workplace violence and harassment in addition to bullying. This online training course ensures that employees have the skills and knowledge to recognize various forms of workplace violence and harassment, rights and responsibilities, key strategies in personal safety and how to handle harassment and bullying situations, and psychological safety in the workplace.

This course fulfills employers obligations to comply with federal and provincial legislation and training requirements regarding workplace violence, bullying and harassment in Canada.
