Leaders will learn about the range of disrespectful behaviours that can create a toxic work environment and how to respond and support employees when these situations occur. The course also illustrates the difference between performance management and bullying and provides strategies to address other situations of harassment that may arise in a workplace, like online bullying and sexual harassment.
The Leaders course includes the Respect in the Workplace training plus guidance on how to develop and implement a workplace harassment prevention policy and program.
